I started Chasles Plumbing Professionals more than 15 years ago. However it has only been the last three years where we’ve started generating our own business and managing clients. Giving up subcontracting jobs can sometimes be a daunting venture. I will say, it’s been an amazing experience so far. I accomplished success by aligning myself with the right people along the way. Dependable employees, high quality parts and equipment, and smart marketing services.
For all of these reasons, we’ve managed to become one of the most recognizable brands in the Cambridge, Kitchener-Waterloo community. We’ve done this in both the residential and more recently with the commercial plumbing side of business.
It takes a special kind of plumbing operation to be able to service this market. We wanted to share our secrets on how we’ve managed to do it so successfully:
High Level of Quality Service
We provide the same level of care and attention to detail in commercial as we do with our most discerning residential customers. Timelines are often shorter, but we ensure our quality remains at our same high level.
Flexible Scheduling
Many businesses cannot be serviced during normal hours of operation. We often conduct repairs outside of regular business hours – this means a commitment to overnight and early morning starts.
Comprehensive Knowledge of Commercial Tools and Parts
We always use high quality parts in all our installs/repairs. It’s important that any commercial plumber understand the frequency of plumbing equipment use. Toilets and faucets in restaurants, for example are often more durable than residential parts.
Understanding of Timelines and Budgets
Commercial plumbing jobs often have more strict timelines than residential projects. We plan our projects to ensure they are done on-time, with little (or none) disruption of services. With bigger jobs, we can create multi-day, flex-hour plans that suit the business schedule.
For all of these reasons, this is why Chasles Plumbing Professionals has come so far in the past few years.
